We have a little silver box sitting on our mantel. It was the first thing I unpacked. I love it. My family gave it to me as a going away gift.
It is engraved inside. It says “Never Far From Home“

The girls went to Nickelback this weekend. Randy and I kept the human grandson and the canine grandson. It went well. Very well…but we are beat.
Scooby doesn’t like where I chose to plant my marine heliotrope. He moved them for me multiple times this weekend.

There is a Peeping Tom running around Covington, La but no one is calling the police when they spot him. Apparently he is buck naked except for a ski mask and people cannot stop laughing long enough to call the police.

I have the feet knit on 12 out of 20 socks. You people with warm feet should be thankful that I got struck with the flu. I didn’t feel like moving so you got your feet knit.

I found little blossoms in my cold cracked mud today. I was so excited, I ran to get the camera! There are only 3 so follow my finger.
